1teaspoonHoney
¼cupFresh apple juice or organic grape juice
Few drops of lemon juice
½teaspoonCinnamon
¼teaspoonNutmeg or allspice (up to 1/2)

Directions

Cut into small pieces and place in the blender. Add the honey and half the juice and process.

Add the rest of the ingredients and process till smooth.
