Uncooked applesauce

Measure Ingredient
3 mediums Gala apples
1 teaspoon Honey
¼ cup Fresh apple juice or organic grape juice
\N \N Few drops of lemon juice
½ teaspoon Cinnamon
¼ teaspoon Nutmeg or allspice (up to 1/2)

Cut into small pieces and place in the blender. Add the honey and half the juice and process.

Add the rest of the ingredients and process till smooth.
