Tzibbele kugel

| ⅓ | cup | Cracker or matzo meal |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| 4 | tablespoons | Melted fat or butter |
| 6 | Egg whites -- stiffly | |
| Beaten | ||
Directions
