Two-cheese pasta

Measure Ingredient
1 teaspoon Salt
2 quarts Water
1 pack Fettuccine noodles
1 tablespoon Oil
2 tablespoons Butter
2 teaspoons Caraway seeds
1 tablespoon Sesame seeds
¼ cup Grated Swiss cheese
¼ cup Gruyere cheese

Bring large pot of water to rolling boil. Add salt and oil. Boil uncovered until noodles are al denteabout 6 minutes. Drain. Toss noodles with butter, caraway seeds, sesame seeds, Swiss cheese and gruyere. Serve hot.

Approximately 8-10 minutes.
