¾ pounds | Sharp cheddar cheese, grated |
4 ounces | Roquefort cheese, crumbled |
1 \N | Clove garlic, pressed |
¾ cup | COCA-COLA CLASSIC |
2 tablespoons | Soft margarine |
1 tablespoon | Onion, grated |
1½ teaspoon | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | Mustard, dry |
¼ teaspoon | Salt |
⅛ teaspoon | Tabasco sauce |
In a large mixing bowl, add cheddar cheese and roquefort. Add pressed garlic, ½ cup of the Coca-Cola, and remaining ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended. Gradually add the remaining Coca-Cola, then beat on high speed until the mixture is fairly smooth, light and fluffy. Pack into a covered container.
Chill. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps very well for a week or more.
