Yield: 3 servings
|¾ pounds||Sharp cheddar cheese, grated|
|4 ounces||Roquefort cheese, crumbled|
|1 \N||Clove garlic, pressed|
|¾ cup||COCA-COLA CLASSIC|
|2 tablespoons||Soft margarine|
|1 tablespoon||Onion, grated|
|1½ teaspoon||Worcestershire sauce|
|1 teaspoon||Mustard, dry|
|⅛ teaspoon||Tabasco sauce|
In a large mixing bowl, add cheddar cheese and roquefort. Add pressed garlic, ½ cup of the Coca-Cola, and remaining ingredients. Beat with an electric mixer on low speed until blended. Gradually add the remaining Coca-Cola, then beat on high speed until the mixture is fairly smooth, light and fluffy. Pack into a covered container.
Chill. Refrigerate overnight. Keeps very well for a week or more.
