Tutti-fruity chicken kabobs

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Oil
½ cup Honey
1 tablespoon Peeled and chopped fresh gingerroot
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
4 \N Boneless skinless chicken breast halves; cut
\N \N In 1 in cubes
½ \N Fresh peeled and cored pineapple; cut in 1 in
2 \N Oranges; peeled, quartered,
\N \N ; cut in 1 in cubes
\N \N Hot cooked rice
\N \N Seedless red and green grapes; for garnish

In large bowl combine oil, honey, ginger, and soy sauce. Remove ¼ cup and reserve. Place chicken in marinade, stirring to coat. Cover and refrigerate for 3 hours.

Heat grill or broiler. Thread chicken, pineapple and oranges onto skewers.

Cook about 5 minutes. Baste with reserved marinade and turn. Cook 5 minutes, or until chicken is no longer pink in center. Serve with rice and garnish with grapes.
