Turkey with honey-mustard sauce~

Ingredients

| ¾ | pounds | Turkey tenderloin steaks cut 1/2\" thick | 
| Nonstick spray coating | ||
| ¼ | cup | Chicken broth | 
| ¼ | cup | Skim milk | 
| 2 | teaspoons | All-purpose flour | 
| 2 | teaspoons | Honey | 
| ½ | teaspoon | Snipped fresh chives | 
| dash | Pepper | |
| 1 | teaspoon | Dijon-style mustard | 
Directions
Preparation Time:  10 min.        Cooking Time:  10 min. 
Rinse turkey; pat dry. Spray a large skillet with nonstick spray. 
Preheat skillet over medium heat. Add turkey steaks. Cook for 8 to 10 minutes or till tender and no longer pink, turning once. Remove from skillet; keep warm.
Meanwhile, stir together chicken broth, skim milk, flour, honey, chives, and pepper.
Add broth mixture to skillet. Cook and stir till thickened and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1 minute more. Stir in mustard; heat through. Serve over turkey. Makes 4 servings.
