|1 small||Cube fresh turkey breast|
|1||Lemon; juice of|
|1 tablespoon||Ground cumin|
|1 tablespoon||Ground coriander|
|1 tablespoon||Garam masala|
Grind all the ingredients together in a coffee grinder and mix with the turkey cubes.
Skewer onto cocktail sticks and fry gently in a nonstick pan. Season with salt and pepper and serve with a yoghurt and cucumber dip.
