½ cup | Chopped green pepper |
2 tablespoons | Oil |
2 tablespoons | Flour |
1 can | Onion soup |
½ cup | Water |
2 cups | Turkey; cooked, diced |
1 can | (4-oz) sliced mushrooms |
¼ cup | Toasted almonds |
\N \N | Cooked rice |
Saute green pepper in oil. Blend in flour. Add onion soup & water. Cook slowly until thickened, stirring constantly. Add turkey, mushrooms & toasted almonds. Simmer 10 minutes & serve over cooked rice. Serves 4.
