Ingredients

| ½ | cup | Chopped green pepper |
| 2 | tablespoons | Oil |
| 2 | tablespoons | Flour |
| 1 | can | Onion soup |
| ½ | cup | Water |
| 2 | cups | Turkey; cooked, diced |
| 1 | can | (4-oz) sliced mushrooms |
| ¼ | cup | Toasted almonds |
| Cooked rice | ||
Directions
Saute green pepper in oil. Blend in flour. Add onion soup & water. Cook slowly until thickened, stirring constantly. Add turkey, mushrooms & toasted almonds. Simmer 10 minutes & serve over cooked rice. Serves 4.
