Turkey pizza with macaroni crust

Ingredients

| 1 | pounds | Ground Turkey |
| 1 | medium | Green bell pepper, chopped |
| 1 | cup | Sliced onion rings |
| 1 | can | Tomato sauce (15 oz.) |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ½ | teaspoon | Italian seasoning |
| ½ | teaspoon | Pepper |
| ½ | teaspoon | Oregano |
| ⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |
| ½ | cup | Skim milk |
| 1 | each | Egg, beaten |
| Shredded low-fat mozzarella cheese | ||
Directions
Cook pasta and drain. In a skillet, combine ground turkey, green pepper and onion rings. Cook until tender and meat is no longer pink.
Add tomato sauce and seasonings. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes. In a medium bowl, blend skim milk and egg; add cooked macaroni and mix well. Spread pasta mixture evenly in a greased 14 inch pizza pan. Spoon turkey mixture evenly over pasta and top with cheese. Bake at 350 degrees until hot, about 20 minutes.
