Turkey pesto patties (italian style)

Measure Ingredient
225 grams Minced turkey
55 grams Breadcrumbs
2 tablespoons Fresh pesto
1 \N Red onion; cut into wedges
\N \N Salt and freshly ground black pepper

In a bowl, combine the turkey with the breadcrumbs and pesto and season.

Form the minced mixture into small patties and fry for 6-7 minutes each side or until cooked.

For the chargrilled onions, brush the red onion wedges with a little olive oil and cook under a low grill for 15-20 minutes until softened and lightly charred.
