Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Chicken broth |
| ¼ | cup | Milk |
| 3 | cups | Chicken -- or turkey cooked |
| 1 | can | Mushroom stems and pieces -- |
| Drained | ||
| 8 | eaches | Toast slices -- or pastry |

Directions
In a skillet, saute the onion, celery and green pepper in butter until tender. Stir in flour and sugar until a paste forms. Gradually stir in broth. Bring to a boil; boil 1 min. Reduce heat. Add milk, turkey and mushrooms; heat through. Serve either in pastry shells or over toast.
Yield: 8 servings.
