Tropical truffles

Ingredients

QuantityIngredient
¼cupFinely chopped dried papaya or pineappl
¼cupLa Grande Passion or Grand Marnier
½Stick butter
8ouncesWhite chocolate, finely chopped
1Egg yolk
1cupMacadamia nuts, rinsed of salt, toa

Directions

Soak fruit in booze. Melt chocolate, add booze, fruit, egg. Beat with mixer (they say it will curdle then go back together - didn't happen with me).

Chill, make little balls, roll in nuts.
