| 1 | Papaya | |
| 20 | ounces | Pineapple chunks; drained, unsweetened |
| 11 | ounces | Mandarin segments; drained |
| 3 | Green onions | |
| ½ | cup | Cream |
| 3 | tablespoons | Coconut milk |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Mayonnaise |
| 1 | tablespoon | Ginger; freshly grated |
| 1 | tablespoon | Lime juice |

DRESSING
Add pasta to a large pan of rapidly boiling water; boil, uncovered for 10 minutes or until tender; drain and cool. Peel amngo and papaya and chop into chunks. Combine shrimp, all the fruits and the dressing in a bowl. Combine pasta and onions, place on serving plates, and top with salad mixture.
DRESSING: Combine all ingredients thoroughly.
