Yield: 4 Servings
|2 tablespoons||Apricot preserves|
|1 cup||Sour cream|
|¼ cup||Flaked coconut|
|2 tablespoons||Chopped walnuts|
In small bowl combine sour cream, coconut, walnuts & apricot preserves. Mix well. Stir in small amount of milk to make mixture of dipping consistency.
Chill. Top with chopped walnuts & additional coconut. Serve with chilled fruits, such as seedless green grapes, melon balls, fresh pineapple wedges & sliced bananas.
