2 cups | Basic cookie mix |
2 \N | Egg yolks |
8½ ounce | Crushed pineapple, drained |
1¼ cup | Shredded coconut |
\N \N | Maraschino cherries |
Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease baking sheets. In a medium bowl, combine cookie mix, egg yolks, pineapple and coconut. Stir until well blended. Drop by tsp onto prepared baking sheets. Top with cherries.
Bake 12 to 15 minutes, until edges are golden.
