Triple easter brownies

7ouncesPlain chocolate
4ouncesWhite chocolate; roughly chopped
4ouncesMilk chocolate; roughly chopped
4ouncesPecan nuts; roughly chopped
2Eggs; beaten
1tablespoonMaple syrup
6ouncesPlain flour

Directions

1. Grease and line a 7inch / 18cm square deep cake tin.

2. Melt the plain chocolate and butter in a bowl over a pan of simmering water. Allow to cool for 10 minutes.

3. Add the remaining chocolate, pecans, eggs and maple syrup. Mix well.

4. Fold in the flour and transfer the mixture into the prepared tin. bake in the oven at 180øC/350øF/Gas Mark 4 for 30-40 minutes until slightly firm.

5. Remove from the tin after 10 minutes of cooling time.
