Trees and raisins

Measure Ingredient
1 large Head broccoli; cut into small flowerets
10 Strips bacon; fried crisp and crumbled (up to 12)
½ cup Raisins
¼ cup Chopped red onion
1 cup Mayonnaise
½ cup Sugar
2 tablespoons Vinegar

Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion in a large bowl. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Stir to coat well. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour. Serves 6.
