|1 large||Head broccoli; cut into small flowerets|
|10||Strips bacon; fried crisp and crumbled (up to 12)|
|¼ cup||Chopped red onion|
Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion in a large bowl. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Stir to coat well. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour. Serves 6.
