Measure | Ingredient |

1 large | Head broccoli; cut into small flowerets |
10 \N | Strips bacon; fried crisp and crumbled (up to 12) |
½ cup | Raisins |
¼ cup | Chopped red onion |
1 cup | Mayonnaise |
½ cup | Sugar |
2 tablespoons | Vinegar |
Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion in a large bowl. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Stir to coat well. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour. Serves 6.
