Ingredients

1largeHead broccoli; cut into small flowerets
10Strips bacon; fried crisp and crumbled (up to 12)
½cupRaisins
¼cupChopped red onion
1cupMayonnaise
½cupSugar
2tablespoonsVinegar

Directions

Combine broccoli, bacon, raisins and onion in a large bowl. Blend together mayonnaise, sugar and vinegar. Pour over broccoli mixture. Stir to coat well. Cover and marinate at least 1 hour. Serves 6.
