Tostadas tapatia (pig's feet tostadas)

1½ cup Refied beans -- heated

6 ounces Pickled pigs feet

\N \N Nails)
2 cups Shredded lettuce
\N \N Lightly dressed with
6 \N To 8
\N \N Several pinches dried,
\N \N Crumbled oregano
\N \N Hot chile sauce
\N \N Such as Tabasco or s
\N \N Shredded Jack cheese
\N \N Radishes -- sliced

Spread tortillas with refried beans and sprinkle with cheese. Broil until cheese melts. Serve immediately topped with the pig's feet, lettuce, and radishes. Sprinkle with oregano and hot sauce. Dig in.
