8ouncesCream cheese; cubed
12eachesTostadas, small
1largeOnions; minced
1largeAvocado; cut in strips
1eachChile, chipotle; cut in strips

Directions

Heat the beans with the cream cheese, but do not allow the mixture to boil, as the cheese and beans should remain seperate. Spread a layer of the mixture on the tostadas, followed by a layer of onion, avocado and chile.
