Tofu sandwich spread

2tablespoonsTofu based mayonnaise substitute
1tablespoonPrepared mustard
½teaspoonFresh lemon juice
¼teaspoonPepper
¼teaspoonThyme

Directions

Mix all ingredients together and serve on your favorite bread with sprouts, tomatoes and cucumbers.
