Tofu herb spread

Elephant garlic
1cupBasil, fresh -- loosely
Packed
1cupItalian parsley, fresh
Loosely packed
¼cupCelery leaves, fresh
Loosely packed
2tablespoonsChives -- fresh
1packTofu -- silken (10.5 oz)
2tablespoonsLemon juice -- fresh
1tablespoonOlive oil -- extra virgin
½teaspoonSalt
¼teaspoonBlack pepper -- freshly
Ground

Directions

Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and cop untilfine and thoroughly mixed.

Addthe remaining ingredients and process until creamy.

Good as a spread, a dip, or a pasta filling.
