Tofu herb spread

| 1 | cup | Basil, fresh -- loosely |

| 1 | cup | Italian parsley, fresh |
| Loosely packed | ||
| ¼ | cup | Celery leaves, fresh |
| Loosely packed | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Chives -- fresh |
| 1 | pack | Tofu -- silken (10.5 oz) |
| 2 | tablespoons | Lemon juice -- fresh |
| 1 | tablespoon | Olive oil -- extra virgin |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Black pepper -- freshly |
| Ground | ||
Directions
Place the garlic, basil, parsley, celery and chives in a food processor and cop untilfine and thoroughly mixed.
Addthe remaining ingredients and process until creamy.
Good as a spread, a dip, or a pasta filling.
