4ouncesChopped ham
4ouncesSauueed and crumbled bacon
1mediumChopped and sauted onion
½cupGrated swiss cheese
2Eggs
½cupMilk
teaspoonNutmeg
Pepper to taste

MIX AND POUR IN NEXT

Mix above crust ingredients until smooth; form 1 inch balls and press into tiny tart pans.

Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot, or freeze.
