Tiny quiches

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
½ cup Butter
3 ounces Cream cheese
1 cup Flour
4 ounces Chopped ham
4 ounces Sauueed and crumbled bacon
1 medium Chopped and sauted onion
½ cup Grated swiss cheese
2 \N Eggs
½ cup Milk
⅛ teaspoon Nutmeg
\N \N Pepper to taste

MIX AND POUR IN NEXT

Mix above crust ingredients until smooth; form 1 inch balls and press into tiny tart pans.

Bake 10 minutes at 450 degrees. Reduce to 350 degrees and bake for another 15 minutes. Serve hot, or freeze.
