Thyme and thyme again dressing

Ingredients

¼cupRed wine vinegar
¼cupCrumbled feta or goat cheese
1Garlic clove (or more) minced or crushed
1tablespoonDijon-style mustard
2tablespoonsFinely minced fresh thyme
1tablespoonMinced fresh marjoram
1tablespoonMinced fresh oregano
1teaspoonHoney or sugar
½teaspoonWhite pepper
teaspoonSalt

Directions

Place all ingredients in a jar, seal tightly, and shake vigorously for 10 seconds. Use immediately or refrigerate. Shake again before serving. If kept refrigerated, the vinaigrette should keep for up to two weeks.
