The ultimate ham sandwich

Ingredients

750gramsAustralian leg ham
3tablespoonsMustard pickle
100millilitresMayonnaise
Ground black pepper
1Loaf bread; your choice

Directions

1 . In a blender coarsely mince together ham with mustard pickle.

2. Place mixture in a bowl and fold in mayonnaise and pepper to taste.

3. Lightly butter bread and spread a generous amount of the ham mixture onto each slice, then top with another tightly buttered slice of bread. I Cut off all the crusts then cut each sandwich into three fingers and serve.
