The ultimate ham sandwich

Ingredients

| 750 | grams | Australian leg ham |
| 3 | tablespoons | Mustard pickle |
| 100 | millilitres | Mayonnaise |
| Ground black pepper | ||
| 1 | Loaf bread; your choice | |
Directions
1 . In a blender coarsely mince together ham with mustard pickle.
2. Place mixture in a bowl and fold in mayonnaise and pepper to taste.
3. Lightly butter bread and spread a generous amount of the ham mixture onto each slice, then top with another tightly buttered slice of bread. I Cut off all the crusts then cut each sandwich into three fingers and serve.
