1 carton | (8-oz) soft margarine |
2 tablespoons | Reese's Bavarian wine mustard |
1 tablespoon | Prepared mustard |
½ \N | Box (2-oz) poppy seeds (optional) |
1 \N | Dozen onion buns |
24 slices | Swiss cheese |
1½ pounds | Pre-cooked shaved ham |
Combine margarine, mustards and poppy seeds. Split buns and generously spread mixture on both sides of buns. Place a slice of cheese on each bun half (2 slices per sandwich). Add a generous amount of shaved ham. Wrap each sandwich in heavy duty foil. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 325ø. May be frozen before baking. Yield: 12 servings.
