| 3 | CLOVES GARLIC; PEELED & HALVED | |
| 2 | tablespoons | SUGAR |
| 1 | teaspoon | GRATED GINGERROOT; OR1/4DRY |
Directions
1. COMBINE ALL INTREDIENTS IN A PLASTIC CONTAINER WITH A TIGHT FITTING LID.
LET STAND AT ROOM TEMPERATURE FOR 2-3 WEEKS (!). POUR INTO A CLEAN BOTTLE, SEAL WELL; STORE AT ROOM TEMPERATURE. (PERSONALLY, I PUT MY OLD TERRIAKI BOTTLE IN THE REFRIGERATOR)
