3mediumsPotatoes; thinly sliced
3mediumsCarrots; scraped & thickly sliced
2eachesStalks celery; diced
4eachesSplit hot biscuits

Directions

Brown beef lightly in margarine, stirring with fork to break up meat. Add onion; cook 5 minutes longer. Add remaining ingredients, except hot biscuits; bring to a boil. Reduce heat; simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve on hot biscuits.
