Tassajara summer swedish rye

| 1 | cup | Milk; (room temp) |
| 1 | cup | Rye flour |
| 1½ | tablespoon | Honey |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Caraway seed |
| 1 | tablespoon | Plain n/f yogurt |
| 1 | teaspoon | Anise seeds |
| 1 | teaspoon | grated orange peel |
| 1½ | teaspoon | Active dry yeast |
Directions
Add, first wet ingredients, then dry, then yogurt in corners on top, and then yeast in well in top. I use medium color white bread setting.
