Tahoe caesar dressing

Ingredients

| 1 | Head of garlic; (not clove, head) | |
| 2 | Eggs; (yolks & all, not the shell) | |
| A couple good dashes of Tobassco; (or similar type hot sauce) | ||
| A couple good dashes of Worchester sauce | ||
| Lemon juice; (2 lemons worth) | ||
| 2 | tablespoons | Hot mustard; (the dry stuff) |
Directions
Throw the following into an industrial blender: Turn on the blender and start filling it up with olive oil (that's why ya need an industrial Binford type blender). Makes about a quart, goes a long way. I keep it in a pickle jar and it last a while... and never has that salmanilla stuff either. (Garlic kills it!)
