Config.caesar dressing

Yield: 1 cup

Measure Ingredient
3 \N Cloves garlic
\N \N Juice of 1 lemon
¼ cup Olive oil
½ teaspoon Coarsely ground black pepper
1 \N Egg yolk
½ cup Grated Parmesan cheese
\N \N Dash of Worcestershire
\N \N Sauce without anchovies
\N \N Salt to taste

In food processor or blender, blend all ingredients until creamy. If thinner consistency is desired, blend in small amount of water. F.A.T.
