Tagine of swiss chard

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
12 cups Swiss chard, finely chopped
1 cup Onion, chopped
½ cup Cilantro, chopped
½ cup Salad oil
1 teaspoon Sweet paprika
Salt & pepper
¼ cup Raw rice

Place chard in the casserole with the onion, cilantro, oil, paprika, salt, pepper & ¼ c water. Cook, covered, 30 minutes. Add the rice & continue cooking until all the liquid has been evaporated, about 20 minutes. Serve warm.
