Yield: 4 Servings
|5¼ ounce||Pkg Taboule Wheat Salad Mix; (Near East)|
|1 cup||Chopped tomatoes|
|1 cup||Carrots; shredded|
|1 cup||Black beans; rinsed/drained|
|¼ cup||Chopped fresh basil|
|2 tablespoons||Lemon juice|
|1 tablespoon||Extra-virgin olive oil|
|\N \N||Feta cheese; crumbled|
Prepare taboule as directed on package; cover. Refrigeratoe 30 minutes.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese, cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servins.
