Taboule primavera

Yield: 4 Servings

Measure Ingredient
5¼ ounce Pkg Taboule Wheat Salad Mix; (Near East)
1 cup Chopped tomatoes
1 cup Carrots; shredded
1 cup Black beans; rinsed/drained
¼ cup Chopped fresh basil
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
\N \N Feta cheese; crumbled

Prepare taboule as directed on package; cover. Refrigeratoe 30 minutes.

Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese, cover. Refrigerate at least 2 hours. Serve on a bed of lettuce. Sprinkle with cheese. Makes 4 servins.
