| ¼ | cup | Lemon juice |
| 2 | teaspoons | Low sodium soy sauce |
| Sprouts or lettuce | ||
Directions
Combine water and bulgar. cover and let stand bulgar is fluffy, 1-2 hours. Strain and squeeze out excess water. Combine with remaining ingredients except sprouts or lettuce, chill and serve over sprouts.
