Szechuan noodles

Yield: 4 servings

Measure Ingredient
¼ cup Sesame oil
½ cup Soy sauce
\N \N Ginger; grated to taste
\N \N Garlic; minced
\N \N Hot bean paste ; to taste
¼ cup Creamy peanut butter
\N \N Pasta; hot cooked fresh hom
\N \N Scallions; garnish shaved

Mix all ingredients and add to pasta; toss to coat, garnish and serve immediately. Note: Only use enough sauce to coat the pasta. Store any remaining sauce in the refrigerator.
