Swiss cheese & cabbage slaw

| 50 | grams | Green pepper seeded & finely chopped |
| ½ | small | Onion; finely chopped |
| 1 | teaspoon | Celery seeds |
| 5 | tablespoons | Mayonnaise |
| Salt | ||
| Pepper | ||
| Tabasco | ||
Directions
Serves 2-3
Combine the cabbage, grated cheese, pepper, onion and celery seeds and stir in the mayonnaise. Season to taste with salt, pepper and a little Tabasco.
