Onion (chopped) 1 no Med. Tomatoes (chopped fine) 1 no Potatoes, cooked (diced) 1 no Tomato Ketchup 2 tbs Chilli Paste 1 tbs Light Soya Sauce 2 tsp Egg, lightly beaten 1 no Scampi, cooked 250 gms Mutton, cooked (diced) 100 gms METHOD 1. Dry fry beancurd until golden brown. Rinse noodles in warm water, drain and set aside. 2.

Saute onions, add drained noodles, tomatoes, potatoes, mutton, chilli paste and ketchup. 3. Cook over gentle heat, stirring frequently, for a few minutes. 4. Pour the eggs over and leave for a few seconds then add beancurd. Dish out when ready.
