Crunchy potatoes

Yield: 6 Servings

Measure Ingredient
\N \N New potatoes
\N \N Melted butter
\N \N Corn flakes

Wash & peel new potatoes. Dry between paper towels. Roll in melted butter, then in corn flakes. Place in buttered dish & bake for 1 hour at 350. Baste occasionally with melted butter. These are very good served with chicken rolled in crushed corn flakes & put in oven at the same time.
