Sweet potato pecan pie

Ingredients

| 1½ | cup | Cooked mashed sweet potatoes |
| ½ | cup | Brown sugar |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground ginger |
| 1 | teaspoon | Ground cinnamon |
| ¼ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 1½ | cup | Scalded milk |
| 2 | eaches | Well beaten eggs |
Directions
Beat all ingredients together. Pour in unbaked pie shell and bake for 20 minutes in 350 F. oven. Then sprinkle on topping and continue to bake until set; about 25 minutes longer.
