Sweet and sour green beans #2

Ingredients

| 4 | Strips bacon | |
| ½ | Stick butter or margarine | |
| 2 | tablespoons | (heaping) flour |
| 1 | cup | Milk |
| 1 | can | (no. 2) green beans; reserve liquid |
| 1 | can | (no. 2) tomatoes; reserve liquid |
| ⅔ | cup | Chopped onion |
| 1 | teaspoon | Sugar |
| Salt & pepper to taste | ||
| Buttered bread crumbs | ||
Directions
Fry bacon until crisp & remove from grease. Add butter & flour to grease.
Blend in milk & liquid from beans & tomatoes. Cook until thick. Add beans, tomatoes, onion, sugar, salt, pepper & crumbled bacon. Place in casserole & cover with buttered crumbs. Bake at 350 until bubbly & light brown.
