Sweet & sour bean stew

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
3 ounces Navy beans; cooked
3 ounces Basmati rice; cooked
1½ ounce Butternut squash; cubed
1½ ounce Onion; chopped
1½ ounce Raisins
1 tablespoon Safflower oil
½ teaspoon Thyme
½ teaspoon Garlic; minced
½ teaspoon Salt

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Set on stove over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated. Stir occasionally. Serve at room temperature.
