Ingredients

| ¼ | cup | Brown sugar |
| ½ | teaspoon | Salt |
| 10 | ounces | Pineapple chunks |
| ½ | cup | Sliced onion |
| 2 | tablespoons | Butter or cooking oil |
| ⅓ | cup | Vinegar |
| 2 | tablespoons | Cornstarch |
| 1 | tablespoon | Soy sauce |
| ¾ | cup | Sliced green bell pepper |
Directions
Brown chicken in butter in a large skillet. Combine onions and bell peppers after chicken is near done. Combine other ingredients Cook until clear and slightly thick, about 2 minutes. Add to chicken and cook about 1 hour or until chicken is done. Serve over cooked rice.
