Swedish pineapple cake

Yield: 1 Servings

Measure Ingredient
2 cups Sugar
2 Eggs
20 ounces Can crushed pineapple (use
Juice too)
2 teaspoons Baking soda
2 cups Flour
1 teaspoon Vanilla
½ cup Nuts -- chopped

Icing: 8 ounces cream cheese 1 stick margarine 1¾ cups powdered sugar 1 teaspoon vanilla ½ cup nuts -- chopped Mix by hand. Grease and flour pan, 9x13x2 ½ inches. Bake in 350 F oven for 35 to 45 minutes.

Icing: Mix all together and frost cake while warm.
