Suzanne's greek beef kabobs

Measure Ingredient
1 pounds Sirloin steak - cubed
¼ cup Olive oil
1 tablespoon Dried oregano
\N \N Salt and pepper
24 \N Peeled pearl onions
24 \N Cherry tomatoes
3 \N Red or green bell peppers - quartered
24 \N Button mushrooms

Directions: Combine the olive oil, oregano, salt, and pepper in a bowl.

Marinate the cubed sirloin steak overnight. Drain and reserve the marinade for basting. Prepare the barbecue grill. Skewer the meat and vegetables.

Cook about 6 minutes for medium, basting the skewer while it cooks.
