⅛ | teaspoon | Garlic powder |

3 | tablespoons | Lemon juice; freshly squeezd |
3 | tablespoons | Oil, salad |

8 | Mushrooms, fresh whole |
Directions
Slice round steak into strips ¼" thick and place in shallow pan or dish. (Round steak may be chilled or partially frozen for ease in cutting the ¼" strips.) Combine mustard, ginger, pepper, and garlic powder. Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, and oil and add this mixture to the seasoning. Mix well. Pour marinade over steak strips and allow meat to marinate at least 4 hours.
Thread marinated steak strips on metal skewers, accordion-style, alternating cherry tomatoes, green pepper wedges, or whole mushrooms between every second fold.
Brush kabobs with marinade and place in broiler 4 inches from heat.
Broil 3 minutes on first side. Turn, brush with marinade, and broil 3 to 4 minutes on second side.
