Yield: 4 servings
|4 eaches||potatoes, baked and cooled|
|1 dash||sea salt|
|2 cups||mild cheddar cheese, grated|
|1 cup||sunflower seeds|
Cut potatoes into 1 inch cubes and place in baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Cover with cheese and sprinkle nuts and seeds on top.
Bake at 350 degrees until cheese bubbles, about 10 minutes. Then broil for 2 minutes. Serves 4.
