Suprise choc cupcakes

1teaspoonBaking Soda
½teaspoonSalt
2Whole Eggs; lightly beaten
¾cupWater
cupVegetable Oil
1tablespoonVinegar
1teaspoonVanilla -Filling---
8ouncesCream Cheese; softened
cupSugar
1Whole Egg; lightly beaten
teaspoonSalt
1cupSimi-Sweet Choc Chips
1cupPecans

Directions

Combine dry ingredients, Add eggs, water, oil, vinegar and vanilla. Mix well Pour into 18 greased or paper lined muffin cups. For filling; Beat beat cream cheese and sugar. Add egg and salt, mix well. Fold in choc chips. Drop by tbs into center of each cupcake. Sprinkle with nuts. Bake 350 for 25-30 min.
