Filled chocolate cupcakes

Measure Ingredient
8 ounces Cream cheese; softened
⅓ cup Sugar
1 \N Egg
⅛ teaspoon Salt
1 cup Coconut
½ cup Choc Chips
3 cups Flour
2 cups Sugar
⅔ cup Cocoa
2 teaspoons Baking soda
1 teaspoon Salt
2 cups Water
⅔ cup Oil
2 tablespoons White vinegar
2 teaspoons Vanilla
\N \N Additional Coconut



To prepare filling,in small bowl,beat cream cheese,sugar,egg and salt until smooth and creamy.Stir in coconut and choc chips.set aside.Preheat oven to 350.To prepare batter,in large bowl,stir together flour,sugar,cocoa,baking soda and salt.Add water ,oil,vinegar and vanilla.Beat on medium for 2 min.Fill paper lined or foil lined muffin tins ⅔ full with choc batter.Spoon 1 tbsp filling into the center of each cupcake.bake 20-25 minutes.
