Bran and raisin bread

Measure Ingredient
1¼ cup Water
2¾ cup Bread flour plus 1 Tbl
1 cup Wheat bran
3 tablespoons Cracked wheat
¾ teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Grated orange zest
1½ tablespoon Applesauce
1½ tablespoon Honey
2¼ teaspoon Yeast
½ cup Raisins

This is the best new recipe I have tried in months. It makes a raisin bread "to die for". I adapted this recipe from "The Best Bread Machine Cookbook Ever" by Madge Rosenberg.
