Yield: 4 Servings
|1 cup||Fresh blackberries or raspberries|
|1 cup||Nectarines and/or peaches; sliced|
|1 cup||Fresh blueberries|
|1 cup||Seedless green grapes|
|1 cup||Plums; sliced|
|1 cup||Cantaloupe balls|
|1 cup||Fresh strawberries; halved|
|1 cup||Asti Spumante or other sweet white wine; chilled|
Combine fruit in a medium glass bowl; toss gently.
Add wine; toss gently to coat
Note: I usually just put the fruit (any combination of the above fruits) in wine or champagne glasses and pour the wine/Spumante over it. You could also use sparkling cider or grape juice in place of the wine.
