Summer berries with muscat sabayon - bon appetit

Ingredients

1 | 1-pint basket strawberries, stemmed, quartered | |
1½ | 1/2-pint baskets blueberries | |
1 | 1/2-pint basket raspberries | |
4 | teaspoons | Plus 2 T honey |
½ | cup | Orange Muscat dessert wine (such as Essensia) |
2 | larges | Eggs |
½ | teaspoon | Grated orange peel |
¼ | teaspoon | Ground nutmeg |
Directions
Divide berries among 4 large balloon wineglasses. Drizzle 1 t honey over berries in each glass.
Mix 2 T honey, wine, eggs, orange peel and nutmeg in medium metal bowl. Place bowl over saucepan of simmering water (do not allow bottom of bowl to touch water). Using portable electric mixer, beat until mixture holds some shape and thermometer registers 160'F, about 10 minutes.
Spoon warm sabayon over berries.
